Individual Counselling

Using a compassionate, strength based approach, I incorporate a range of methods to support individuals.

Stress Management

I offer various approaches to stress management with a particular interest in mindfulness practices including meditation, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Lifestyle Challenges

For those seeking optimal health and struggling with changing lifestyle habits and behaviors such as weight management, incorporation of exercise, smoking cessation and stress management.

Groups

Coping with grief, loss and transition, making lifestyle changes to support health, parenting support, and mindfulness groups. Open to community interest and feedback.
