I have worked in health care and education for more than 30 years and now bring my experience and knowledge into my counselling practice. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) I can provide counselling services to support individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges. Working from a strength based approach I welcome individuals, couples and families seeking support for grief, loss, trauma, transition, addiction and wellness.

I have lived in the Comox Valley since 2001 and enjoy the many benefits of this beautiful community with my family. I am passionate about health and wellness, mindfulness, outdoor activities such as skiing, running, hiking and cycling; I am also a lifelong learner, an avid gardener and animal lover. I cherish time with my family and our many pets and am thrilled to be pursuing my passion through my counselling practice.

Innovative Service Delivery

Sessions can be offered in a variety of innovative ways. Individual consultation required prior to scheduling innovative counseling sessions.

• Off Site: Home or facility visits can be arranged for those who are unable to travel to the clinic.
• Outdoor Therapy: Sessions can be arranged for those who wish to engage in counselling sessions outdoors, walking on one of the beautiful Comox Valley trails or sitting in local outdoor setting. Consultation required, some conditions apply.
