Working with emotional issues, stress, loss, grief, transition, trauma and addiction.
Therapy is an intimate and life-changing journey. It is an act of courage and a positive step towards wellbeing. Finding the best therapist for you is one of the most important aspects of successful therapy.
I have a strength-based practice working with adults and adolescents who want more out of life. I support individuals living with trauma and addiction and those who are facing grief, transition, loss, depression and anxiety. My approach is aimed at assisting you in moving through uncertainty and doubt into a world of expanded possibilities. To accomplish this, I will guide you in building your awareness to reveal the choices you have, the strengths you already possess, and the meaning behind your decisions. I will support you in developing skills to navigate your challenges and to celebrate your strengths in a collaborative and wholistic way.
You do not require a referral in order to book a counselling appointment. Some health plans offer support for counselling services; please check with your service provider to determine your coverage.
My goal is to inspire and support people who wish to cultivate a calm mind, a resilient spirit, and a renewed sense of wellbeing. I am here to work with you to find solutions and bring meaningful change to your own life. Please note that you do not need to have a diagnosis of a mood disorder or other mental illness to access my counselling services.
